Tanzania Road Safety Initiatives (TARSI), in collaboration with Chamber of Construction and Infrastructure of Tanzania (CCIT) is pleased to inform you about the upcoming Tanzania Road Infrastructure Safety Training & Exhibition 2026, a five-day expert-led training and exhibition focused on strengthening safety at the planning, design, and implementation stages of road infrastructure.

Training Objective

  1. Building local capacity in road safety engineering, design and assessment.
  2. Introducing and applying iRAP tools, methodologies, and star rating system.
  3. Strengtheningunderstanding of black spot identification, audit procedures, and risk-based road upgrades.
  4. Promoting integrated safety thinking among engineers, planners, enforcement officers, and civil society.
  5. Bridging the gap between policy, design, and field implementation.
  6. Providing a platform for showcasing innovations, new technologies, and safety solutions in the exhibition hall
